Shipping & Delivery

Turnaround Time:
  • The processing time for orders is 5-7 business days. While we make every effort to expedite the process, deliveries to remote areas may take longer.
  • In some cases, subject to availability, we may deliver partial items, and the remaining items will be shipped once the order is complete.
  • Ordering in advance is recommended to ensure timely delivery during the back-to-school season, as order processing times may be longer.
  • To reduce delivery lead time, please provide a valid local contact number and a detailed address, including villa/flat number, street, city, and nearest landmark when placing your order.
  • Occasionally, the checkout process on the website may accept orders with temporarily out-of-stock items. If an item is out of stock, we offer a refund (please refer to our return & refund policy), or we will dispatch the item as soon as it is back in stock.
  • If you prefer not to wait, you can request a refund for unavailable or undelivered items. Please email info@uniformmart.net with your order reference number.
  • Parcel pickup from the retail store is subject to the physical availability of the ordered items and order processing terms.

Important Notification:

As requested by parents, we are keeping the website open to accept orders for temporarily out-of-stock items. These will be dispatched upon replenishment of stock.


General Information:
  • Each school portal is individually identified according to our privacy policy. Customers who order from different school portals or place separate orders from the same school but to the same address will be charged separately for delivery. However, courier fees will depend on the weight and size of the packages.
  • We honor all orders as received and can only ship the items that are ordered online.
  • Automated notifications are sent for payment and order validation via the registered email. Order processing time may vary depending on current availability.
  • If an error occurs while processing your payment with Uniform Mart, and the amount has been debited from your bank but you still receive a payment error email, please email info@uniformmart.net with your order reference details. Our team will verify the issue with the bank and keep you informed.
  • If you haven’t completed the payment or didn’t receive a bank debit notification, please disregard this email and place a new order online.
  • Orders will be processed once payment is validated. Order processing terms are as outlined on the website.
  • Foreign transaction fees may apply, and this may be reflected as an additional charge on your bank account.
  • On occasion, especially during public holidays, there may be slight delays in processing. We value your business and strive to process your order as quickly as possible.

Carriers:

We use various carriers to deliver orders and will contact the customer before delivery.


Order Tracking:

If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders may not have tracking numbers.


Shipping Rates:

The rate charged for shipping your order is based on the weight of your products and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown the shipping cost, and you will have the option to cancel your order if you decide not to proceed.


Back Orders:

If an item is on backorder, we will ship the part of your order that is in stock. When the backordered item becomes available, we will ship the remaining part of your order. You will not be charged additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
